The Lifts application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lifts and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Lifts, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Limitation of Liability
